Care home entrepreneurs have invested more than £2m to expand their property portfolio. Backed by a funding deal from Barclays, brothers Ben and Menahem Pereplotchik have invested £2.1m to acquire two new homes - Roughcote Hall Farm Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent and the Mereside Care Home, based in Solihull. Both are specialist care homes for adults with learning disabilities.
