HCA submits homes plan for former factory site
New homes are set to be built on the site of a former factory in Staffordshire under new plans submitted by the Homes and Communities Agency.
Supported by property consultancy, Cushman & Wakefield, the HCA has submitted an outline planning application to Cannock Chase Council for a 116-home development on the site of the former Parker Hannifin factory in Bridgtown.
The plans include provision of 20% affordable housing, together with associated infrastructure and public open space.
