JLR ad agency expands Birmingham presence with new office deal

Jaguar Land Rover’s advertising agency has expanded operations in Birmingham with a lease on more office space. Spark44 has taken an additional 14,176 sq ft of space on the third floor of Norfolk House, Smallbrook Queensway, which is close to New Street Station and opposite the Bullring shopping centre. This latest deal takes Spark44’s occupation at Norfolk House up to 32,894 sq ft in total.
