National role for former Cushman & Wakefield’s Midlands chief
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed its Midlands head to a new national role.
Jon Leedham becomes the new Head of Business Space Regions and will remain in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Mr Leedham is a well-known figure in the city’s property market, acting on a number of high-profile buildings and projects, including being part of the team which advised Birmingham City Council on the redevelopment of Grand Central shopping centre.
