Engineering group mourns death of senior director

A long-serving non-executive director at Birmingham-based engineering group, IMI, has died. Bob Stack, who died on December 7, had served on the IMI board since 2008 and was the senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee. Lord Smith of Kelvin, chairman of IMI, said: "Bob has been a wise counsel to IMI and a major contributor to the board for nine years.
