A legacy of Birmingham’s industrial heritage is set for a new lease of life as an urban discovery and enterprise hub complete with exhibition space. The Grade II*-listed Roundhouse in Sheepcote Street was originally constructed in 1873 as a canal-side municipal depot. It has served a number of purposes in the last 145 years but over the past two decades has gradually fallen into disrepair.
