Former country club set for new lease of life
A disused country club in Staffordshire is set for a new lease of life as a new joint arts centre and children’s nursery.
Commercial property agents Bond Wolfe has let the Kingsbury Country Club in Tamworth to Wings Family on a 10-year lease at £30,000 per annum on behalf of a local landlord.
The new tenant has plans to turn half of the property into a performing arts centre, converting the other half into a day nursery.
