Food manufacturer 2 Sisters has made commitments to improve its systems and monitoring after an inquiry by a Parliamentary select committee into allegations about how it handled and labelled chicken products at its West Bromwich factory. The claims were first made in an investigation by the Guardian and ITN, which broadcast undercover footage from the production line.
