Stoford secures £11m HQ development
Birmingham-based Stoford Developments has secured the contract for a multi-million-pound headquarters project in Northumberland.
The development comprises a 74,110 sq ft two-storey office and manufacturing unit for PII Pipeline Solutions, a subsidiary of Baker Hughes, a GE company (BHGE).
The unit will be built adjacent to the firm’s existing base at Cramlington, near Newcastle upon Tyne. Full planning consent was granted earlier this year.
