St. Modwen completes residential land deal
Longbridge-based St. Modwen has sold a seven-acre residential plot at one of its sites in Staffordshire to housebuilder Bellway.
The housebuilder is planning to construct 119 new homes on the Bramshall Meadows site in Uttoxeter during the next phase of development.
St. Modwen’s housebuilding division, St. Modwen Homes has already built 58 new homes as part of the scheme, and has submitted a planning application for a further 116 homes.
