Carillion bolsters board with experienced new director
Struggling construction and support services group, Carillion has bolstered its board with the appointment of an experienced new non-executive director.
Alan Lovell is widely experienced in the issues which now confront the Wolverhampton-based group as it looks to restore confidence in the business following its dire profit warning in the summer.
His appointment, which is with immediate effect, will see him serve on the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, Sustainability and Business Integrity Committees.
