Housebuilder fined a second time for breaching planning conditions

A housing developer has been fined after admitting two planning law offences for conducting construction work outside of permitted hours. Bovis Homes admitted the two offences during a hearing at Telford Magistrates Court. It was fined £3,500 and ordered to pay £528 costs. It is the second time this year the housebuilder has been prosecuted for the offences.
