Bond Wolfe has completed a brace of letting deals at one of its properties in West Bromwich. The 8,505 sq ft first floor of Kingston House has been taken by Rehability UK Community and Urban Sky Housing. Both have signed a five-year lease. The lettings follow a significant investment in the office building by landlord Real Estate Investors. The work included a full refurbishment of the first floor of the building.
