£40m science lab reaches critical phase of construction
The construction of a new £40m teaching laboratory at The University of Birmingham has reached a milestone in its development.
The Collaborative Teaching Laboratory (CTL) is intended to to change the way students study Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects.
It will bring together practical teaching activities across a broad range of sciences and engineering disciplines for undergraduate and postgraduate students when it opens in autumn 2018.
