Birmingham office building set for £4m refurbishment
One of the office buildings at Birmingham’s Brindleyplace development is to undergo a major facelift as part of a £4m refurbishment.
The facelift will extend to the entire 51,700 sq ft of Nine Brindleyplace, home to Free Radio, Unity Trust Bank and Odgers Berndtson.
Taking in all aspects of the building, the works will encompass both interior and exterior spaces.
