Industrial estate buoyed by brace of new lettings
Black Country property agent Bulleys has brokered two major lettings on Wednesbury Trading Estate.
The first sees Irpen UK take a lease on units totaling 16,293 sq ft. The cast acrylic sheet manufacturer and distributors also has a base in Manchester.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Irpen group, which has ten branches across Spain and outlets in France and Germany.
The second deal sees Warwickshire cleaning supplies business Cherwell take 8,075 sq ft.
