Land deal clears way for new housing scheme to progress

The second phase of a new housing development in Worcestershire has begun following a successful land deal. Developer and property investor, Barberry Developments, has sold the 20-acre site in Droitwich to housebuilder Taylor Wimpey. The sale comes 18 months after Redrow acquired 25 acres from Barberry at the adjacent site at the Yew Tree Village development, off Yew Tree Hill.
