Medical supplies group expands with 36,000 sq ft relocation deal
A medical products distributor has completed a relocation deal on a 36,466 sq ft warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent.
Reliance Medical UK, which distributes first aid products, has taken out a 10-year lease on the property in Kidsgrove.
The unit (pictured), constructed in 2015, was originally part of a larger production facility. The other building on the site, an 81,310 sq ft production unit, is due to be demolished and rebuilt by its landlord to create a 50,000 sq ft distribution unit, which it intends to take to market in Q1 2018.
