A digital entrepreneur from Coventry has launched a new property management business with the aim of creating 100 new jobs for the city. No Agent was launched by Calum Brannan in London in March last year. The lettings platform, which offers landlords a property management service, has proved successful with business being attracted from across the UK. After securing £1.5m in fresh investment, No Agent has opened a new operations centre at Electric Wharf in Coventry, employing 12 people initially but this is expected to rise...
