Government awards University of Warwick £250K for new degree apprenticeships

The government has awarded The University of Warwick £250,000 to fund around 100 new degree apprenticeships each year. Confirmation of the funding, from the government’s new Higher Education Funding Council for England’s Degree Apprenticeships Development Fund, was given by Education Secretary Justine Greening. The university will match the award to create a half million pound package to develop the new degree programme.
