Former local government offices in Stratford-upon-Avon have been acquired on a long let by serviced office company Exeid in an undisclosed deal. The ground floor suite within Elizabeth House, home to Stratford-upon-Avon District Council, was previously used by Warwickshire County Council staff. Exeid is run by Stratford-upon-Avon businessman Simon Harrison.
