Accountancy group becomes £89m business with new acquisitions

Acquisitive Midlands accountancy and business advisory firm, Baldwins, has announced its largest acquisition to date. The firm, which last year joined CogitalGroup to form part of its international business service group, is expanding into Scotland with two major acquisitions which will see its revenue grow to £89m. Campbell Dallas, which has offices in Glasgow, Perth, Kilmarnock, Stirling and Aberdeen, employs 260 staff and has an annual revenue of £16.5m, is the largest of the two acquisitions.
