Gym group expands presence in Birmingham with 15-year lease deal
Fitness chain, The Gym, is expanding its presence in the West Midlands after agreeing a new 15-year lease on a site in Birmingham.
The deal will see the group open a new gym at a 14,500 sq ft unit in Sutton Coldfield’s Gracechurch Centre later this autumn. It will be the group’s first operation in Sutton Coldfield.
