Developers propose apartment plan for land behind arson-hit pub
Developers have submitted plans for a new apartment scheme on vacant land behind a partially demolished Birmingham pub.
Midland Properties and Finance (Birmingham) is proposing to build the new block on land in Harborne Park Road, Harborne behind what was The Huntsman.
The proposal is for a single three and four storey block with a mix of seven one-bed and six-two bed apartments, together with associated parking and an access off High Street.
