Prime Point unit completed three months early
The first unit at the multi-million pound Prime Point commercial development in the Black Country has been completed three months ahead of schedule.
The 20,000 sq ft unit – Building A - has been built speculatively by Prime Point owner LCP. It is situated at the property company’s flagship Pensnett Estate and is ready for occupation.
The adjoining Building B, a 30,000 sq.ft unit, has also been built but has been left as a shell so incoming tenants can work with LCP on bespoke fit out requirements.
