The new owner of Birmingham's prime mixed-use commercial and leisure development, Brindleyplace, has appointed new agents to market the available space at the facility. The appointment of the office agency team from Savills comes ahead of a £4m investment into the site by clients of HSBC Alternative Investments, which acquired a significant portion of the development ewarlier this year.
