Business park secures first tenant as manufacturer agrees £13m HQ deal

A business manufacturing products for the healthcare industry has been named as the first tenant of the £120m Worcester Six business park. Kimal, which currently has a manufacturing facility in Bromsgrove and a distribution hub in Droitwich, has agreed a 15-year lease with Stoford Developments for the £13m unit. The 140,000 sq ft unit will serve as Kimal’s new headquarters. A planning application will be submitted to Worcestershire County Council shortly.
