Quartet of lettings brings Fort Dunlop to the fore
One of Birmingham's most recognisible buildings, Fort Dunlop, has notched up more than 9,100 sq ft in office lets across four deals.
Existing tenant Inspired Thinking Group has acquired 4,326 sq ft of additional office space in the building, supplementing the 20,000 sq ft it already occupies.
The marketing consultancy, which also has an office in New York, is now Fort Dunlop’s third largest office occupier.
Derry Building Services has also acquired additional space, moving from 2,884 sq ft to 4,323 sq ft on a six-year lease...
