A Black Country industrial estate has reached full capacity for the first time in a decade. Kelvin Way Trading Estate in West Bromwich is one of the largest and most established commercial sites in the region, comprising 49 units. Joint agents for the site, Harris Lamb and Bulleys, said the current strong demand for industrial property in the region had been the major factor in securing full occupancy.
