Speculative development to begin at Enterprise Zone
A 28-acre development in Staffordshire is moving forward after Caddick Construction agreed a deal to build the 125,000 sq ft site.
The Tunstall Arrow scheme, close to junction 16 of the M6, is part of the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and lays claim to being one of the largest speculative industrial development schemes in the Stoke area for well over a decade.
