Property Deals: Grand Hotel; Landchard House; Bell Court
High-end shoe brand Loake is to open its first store in Birmingham as part of the retail refurbishment of The Grand Hotel.
Loake has agreed a 10-year lease with landlord Hortons’ Estate for the 1,346 sq ft unit along the Colmore Row frontage.
The letting means the retail space at The Grand is now fully let.
Loake now has seven shops across the UK, including Bath, Chester, Leeds, London (Bow Lane and Jermyn Street), Edinburgh and Birmingham. It also has shops in Dublin, Czech Republic, Chile, Poland and Lebanon.
