Former BT offices placed on the market for £3m
The former home of BT in Wolverhampton has been placed on the market with an asking price of almost £3m.
Telecom House, a self-contained office building on Church Street is currently owned by Telereal Trillium, which has appointed Harris Lamb to market the property.
The property is the largest office disposal within the city for some time.
Telereal is targeting investors looking to capitalise on the residential potential of the building, especially with it being situated close to the University of Wolverhampton.
