Serviced office provider secures quartet of deals
Serviced offices provider UBC has completed four new deals for its flagship operation at Birmingham Business Park.
The Solihull-based company said vacancy rates at 148-acre business park were now at their lowest for a decade such has been the demand for commercial space in the area.
UBC provides 200 workstations across two floors of serviced office accommodation at BBP’s 1310 Solihull Parkway building – which is also UBC’s UK head office. The business centre, which opened in January 2016, is now the home of 24 start-up bus...
