Landmark shopping centre attracts new tenants
A landmark Birmingham shopping precinct has attracted two new lettings with a third set to follow.
Dignity, one of the largest providers of funeral services in the country, and a nationwide takeaway and delivery chain have both signed tenancy agreements at Scott Arms Shopping Centre, Great Barr. A third, as yet unnamed, high street name is also under offer.
The centre is managed by Black Country investment and property management company LCP.
