Birmingham financier backs £30m digital agency MBO
A Birmingham-headquartered business finance company has facilitated the expansion of a national digital agency.
The support provided by Frontier Development Capital, a sister company to Finance Birmingham, enabled Ingenuity Digital Holdings to complete a management buyout. HSBC provided funding to facilitate the deal in partnership with FDC.
