Goold enlarges West Midlands portfolio with £2.4m acquisition

Commercial property firm Goold Estates has enlarged its West Midlands portfolio with the acquisition of Beecham Business Park in Aldridge in a £2.4m deal. The estate comprises 105,000 sq ft of industrial and office space on a 6.5 acre site. It is fully let with 15 tenants and occupiers include Dennis Eagle, Westway Nissan and Oak Furnitureland.
