Finance company agrees let on new city centre offices

Finance company Everyday Loans has agreed a new letting on offices in Birmingham city centre. The firm has agreed a 10-year lease for 2,377 sq ft of ground floor space at Canmoor’s Livery Place. The deal follows other recent lettings at the 59,848 sq ft office development, including those for Switch Consulting and Chapman BDSP. It comes as Canmoor is investing in a programme of improvement works at the property, including an upgrade of the reception area, now underway. Canmoor was represented jointly by Savills and CBRE....
