Black Country property group, LCP, has added more than 100,000 sq ft of commercial space to its portfolio with a series of acquisitions. The recent additions include three retail parades and a portfolio of industrial units. The sites include Alton Manor Centre in Belper, Derbyshire, which comprises four local and convenience units, including Tesco Express, totalling 7,560 sq ft.
