A Worcestershire office building has changed hands in a new six figure deal. Commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has completed the sale and leaseback of Horizons House, Vine Street, Evesham on behalf of management and leadership training company, Active Learning and Development. The 1,797 sq ft, two-storey self-contained office building has been bought by a private investor for £215,000.
