Digital tech sector to dictate Birmingham’s economy for five years
Growth in the digital tech sector is likely to dictate the direction of Birmingham’s economy over the next five years, according to new research.
Analysis by property firm JLL, and Tech City UK, looked at eight areas in England, Wales and Scotland where significant digital clusters have come forward; identifying current and emerging property trends affecting the tech sector, and assessing if conditions favour landlords or tenants.
