Bromsgrove IT firm, Prestige Data Centre Solutions, has been acquired by a London-based data centre specialist looking to expand its UK and European presence.
Park Place Technologies, which has its headquarters in the United States, provides global IT infrastructure support to firms ranging from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies.
The acquisition of Prestige DCS, the terms of which have not been disclosed, is Park Place’s second acquisition in the UK following the purchase of London-based Com-Com in September 2016.
