A £2.7m office modernisation in Birmingham city centre has been completed. Nurton Developments has completed the work at 4 Temple Row through its WINDL offices joint venture. The building offers nearly 23,500 sq ft of Grade A office space and is situated on the corner of Temple Row and Bull Street, with a Midland Metro stop outside.
