A prominent office development in Birmingham's Colmore Business Disrict has secured two new tenants.
Switch Consulting and ChapmanBDSP have joined the growing list of occupiers at Livery Place, on the corner of Livery Street and Great Charles Street Queensway.
Retail recruitment firm Switch Consulting has relocated from serviced offices at Regus’ One Victoria Square House after agreeing a five-year lease on 932 sq ft of office space on the top floor of the building.
