A 71,000 sq ft industrial unit in the Black Country is being brought to the market with demand for such space in the area approaching an all-time high.
Property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been appointed to market the unit in Parsonage Street, Oldbury.
The firm said it was anticipating high levels of interest due to the current shortage of available industrial and logistics units in the West Midlands.
The vacant warehouse sits on a 6.4 acre site and is available for a new tenant on a leasehold basis.
