Manufacturer Accles & Shelvoke, which has been based in the region for more than 100 years, has been bought by Frontmatec. The Minworth-based company makes captive bolt stunning tools. It has an annual turnover of more than £5m. Frontmatec is a global supplier of customised equipment to the red meat industry and it will support Accles & Shelvoke's plans to develop new products and new markets.
