Property charity chooses Longbridge to stage inaugural Midlands 10K event

Property industry charity, LandAid, has teamed up with regeneration group St. Modwen, to launch its first ever Midlands 10K race to tackle homelessness in the region. The event, on Wednesday September 13, will see runners race around company’s Longbridge redevelopment. LandAid is aiming to raise £30,000 from the race, which will help with its work converting long-term empty properties into safe, warm homes for vulnerable young people.
