Crosslane secures permission for 600-bed Coventry student scheme
Developers have secured planning permission for a 600-bed student accommodation scheme in Coventry.
Crosslane Student Developments, part of the Crosslane Group, will build the 583-bed purpose-built development on Friar’s Road.
It is the company’s first student accommodation scheme in Coventry and permission comes after the group secured consent for a 117 bed purpose-built student accommodation development in Leeds earlier this month.
