Housebuilder Walton Homes returns to Stafford after a decade
Walton Homes has returned to housebuilding in Stafford after a 10-year break with work starting on four new developments.
The developer last built homes in the town in 2006 – when it completed Barbary Grange, a small development of seven four and five-bedroom family homes including a conversion.
It has now purchased four parcels of land and secured planning permission on three.
The sites are located in Walton On The Hill, Wooton, Haughton and Great Haywood respectively.
