£100m swoop planned for food group

A Midlands food company is set to be sold to a private equity house in a £100m deal this week, TheBusinessDesk.com has learned. LDC is lining up a move for Addo Food Group, which owns Pork Farms, Wall's, Millers and other household brands. The group, which rebranded from Pork Farms in 2015, supplies around 256m products a year, mostly to supermarkets.
