A manufacturer of commercial tarpaulins and marquees has moved to new premises in the Black Country. Net and Cover Services is moving to Building 53C, Bay 7, The Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford, after agreeing a three-year lease with LCP, which owns and manages the site.
